She’s the perfect mix of soft and strong, a hummingbird who learns she can spread her wings even in a world full of wolves.
This book is dark, gritty, and a little wild, but oh my goodness, the chemistry? Off the charts. One second I was fanning myself, the next I was biting my lip, muttering “Brinley, girl, don’t you dare walk away from him!”
If you love an antihero who’s rough around the edges (okay, rough everywhere) and a heroine who surprises you with her fight, this one is going to keep you up way past bedtime. Consider me thoroughly claimed by this story.
