Welcome to Book Nook Buzz! I am an avid reader, e-reader, audio-book listener, and coffee/tea drinker. I have an eclectic taste in books. My preference is mystery/thrillers, but I will read the back of a coffee can if that is all that is available. I really like many genres. I think I have always been the voracious reader that I am now. I consider myself a professional reader/reviewer. My favorite book of all time is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

I enjoy reading in my book nook with a blanket and a warm drink. It wouldn’t be a success without one or more of my dogs cuddled up with me. I have 2 Yorkies (Jane Austen & Millie) and a Shi-poo (Jackson).

I am lucky that my husband supports my book habit. I have 5 kids and 2 grandchildren. I just hope my children love books as much as I do someday. We live in South Dakota where the weather keeps me comfortable in my book nook most of the time.

My blogging goal is to help readers discover books that will interest them and not waste their time on books they won’t enjoy. I hope to put books in front of readers that they may not have discovered on their own, as well as the best sellers. HAPPY READING!

Thank you so much for checking out our blog! I am so happy to be sharing my thoughts with you. I am a huge reader and love it so much! Reading is my stress reliever and my escape route. My preferences of novels are mainly the Thriller/Mystery as well as Romance (comedy/contemporary/fantasy). I have so many favorite books that I don’t even know where to start. Some of the authors that I have on auto buy would be Dan Brown, Mary Kubica, Colleen Hoover, and Lisa Jewell.

I enjoy reading in my chair in my living room. You can always find me under my amazing reading light, lounged back, and under a cozy blanket with my partner in crime cuddled up next to me. My cat, Walter is 4 years old and is also a big fan of the romance genre as well. We live in a cozy home in South Dakota with my only son, Silas, who is fourteen. He is way more into video games at the moment than picking up a book to read, but maybe someday he will come around!

Michele and I met a few years ago. We were introduced because our significant others were friends. From the first night we met, we became instant best friends. We bonded over our love of novels, our amazing game of golf, and our stunning taste in men! We hope that this blog will encourage readers to discover the passion for reading that we share.
