So if you’re a fan of this series, to me, these are nice little bonuses. They are A LOT of content. But I do feel like it’s unique. Usually books close the door on a couple or do an epilogue… but this feels like the couples and stories are living in real time. Caleb and Mars!! I didn’t realize how much I would love these two together. Things get sorta intense in what happens next for them after so many years and here both of them were struggling to accept that they wanted more from each other. everything just felt more vulnerable and honest between them here and I loved it.
I gave this novella four stars. I refuse to pick a favorite chapter, suffice it to say that I’m happy with all of them. Hearing how the first Baby No Name got his names gave me warm fuzzies. Tess and Ryan’s wedding was a riot. Caleb and Ilmari made me melt. Now I’m even more eagerly awaiting the next book!
