Holy cow!! This was a new author for me and will now be on my auto buy for the future! This book has so many twists and possibilities. One minute you think you know what happened, who it is. The next you think something else. You might be right at anytime. The real treat is the fact that the author sets it up to always make it possible that your guess can be right or wrong. There is a lot of misdirection in this book and I was still shocked up till the last chapter. This book was mind blowing, dark, disturbing and twisty thriller that is difficult to put down, and difficult to forget! A terrific read.
I gave this novel a very high five star-rating! I haven’t read a thriller book this captivating in a long time. I read so often that is a big compliment. This book was hard to put down. Tess Stimson needs to write MORE and she deserves the big stage! WELL DONE!
This was a mind bend! I thought this was a 4 star rating. I was a little upset by the ending, but it was sure a twisty one!! This is a family drama wrapped into a psychological thriller. This is definitely one that makes you think. And just when you think you have things figured out, the story turns around. I think that is what bothered me about it. I like ones I can figure out, but this one proved my theories wrong. What I expected to happen, didn’t happen. If you like a mind bendy thriller you will enjoy this one!!
