The series has ended and I wish there was more!! Well, this book did not disappoint!! I said it once and I’ll say it again. Lucy Score is the GOAT! Hands down, it’s the best one of the series and I loooooved the first two!! I have been anticipating Lucian and Sloane’s story since the beginning and I am so happy to report that it really delivered for me! Even though I found their excuse for their hatred a big lagging, did not discourage the novel in any way! Lucy Score just does it for me! I love her writing style, her humor and no one does small town romance like her, which is one of my favorite things ever and this book was no exception. The banter and the chemistry were FLAMING HOT! Score is the queen of smut, and this one did outstanding. She really increased the spice level in this and I am not complaining.
An obvious five star rating for me! This was such a beautiful conclusion to one of my favorite series. What a way to wrap up the Knockemout universe. I am so sad to see the end of this series. I fell so hard for these characters that it makes it difficult to say good-bye. THINGS I NEED RIGHT NOW…. more! I want more!
Ok, so THIS book is my favorite of the series! (I know I said it about the last 2, but this one really is!) I love Sloane! I was also so excited to find out her background with Lucian and get to their story. I love how Score ratchets up the intensity and keeps me pulled in, all while adding the perfect spice! This book gave us the goods with Lucian and Sloane! And we also get the previous book’s characters too. I have a feeling I will be a Lucy Score completist in no time!
