“Abby did a little happy dance before jogging down the hall to the bedroom. The corners of my mouth turned up. What other woman would be that excited to see her boyfriend trade punches? No wonder I fell in love with her.”

Every story has two sides.

In Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say.

Now it’s time to see the story through Travis’s eyes.

This novel follows the same timeline as Beautiful Disaster but is told entirely from Travis’s point of view. I enjoyed this book way more than the first! I tend to like the man’s point of view better since as a woman, I am always wanting to know what the man is thinking, and now in this book, we get to know. I read this book right after reading the first, so the scenes in the first book were fresh in my mind and made it neat how I was able to remember what she was doing and thinking in the same moment.

I gave this novel a four-star rating. I thoroughly loved being in Travis’s head, gaining a better understand of his character, and finding him sexier and more swoon-worthy than ever! If you are thinking of reading this book, I do recommend that you read Beautiful Disaster first, as this book would not make sense as a standalone.
