This was book#6 in the Improbable Meet-Cute series. This was a novella that was 71 pages so it went quickly. This was a meet cute with a twist I didn’t see coming. I’m still not sure how I feel about this one. This is one where you could HATE the guy!

Princess Ilaria is sick of all the paparazzi and being in the spotlight. She trades places with her assistant so that she can get a little break from the life and fleas. She spots the handsome photographer that she noticed from her balcony and she lets him guide her around and have dinner with his family. She has a connection with him but she feels the need to tell him who she is. Then we find out he kept a secret as well about his identity.

The one thing I didn’t like was his reaction to her secret, especially after he had one also. I was a little confused by his reaction. Then I decided I didn’t like him. This was ALOT of drama for such a short book. They fell in love, they both kept a secret, there was a break up, and then…well I guess you’ll have to read it to find out. 🙂

This is a new to me author and I would read more of her work. She knows how to create some drama. I can say I think out of the 6 novellas I liked this 5th best.
