Start at the End took me a little while to settle into with its sliding doors-style storytelling and dual POV, but once I found my footing, I was completely invested.
At its heart, this is a story about second chances, love, and the choices we make—as well as the ones that are made for us. The constant “what if?” running throughout the novel created an underlying sense of unease that kept me turning the pages, eager to see how everything would unfold. It also gave the story an emotional depth I wasn’t expecting.
If you enjoy thought-provoking love stories that explore fate, grief, and the different paths life can take, this one is worth picking up. I rated it 3.75 stars, rounded up to 4.
